Vendor Information

Once again for 2026, we are inviting for Vendors (artists and suppliers) from many disciplines, such as Fiber, Clay, Wood Workers, Basket Makers, Painters, Leather Workers, Metal Workers, and Multimedia to join our Gourd Artists and participate in the Show-Me Gourd Society Art Festival. If your media or technique can apply to Gourd art, in any way, we want you to join us. Your vendor booth is not required to include gourds but must be handcrafted. It just needs to be a product or technique that could also be used with or on gourd art. Vendor Setup begins Thursday June 25, 2026, 12:30-4:30pm and continues Friday June 26 at 8:00 am. 

Vendors may be open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Workshops will begin Friday June 26th. The festival is open to the public on Saturday June 27 at 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, and Sunday June 28 at 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. 

Please submit an application and photos of what you will include in your booth. We do want to review your application for applicability to our festival. This year’s vendors will be juried. You will be notified as early as possible.

Important things to know:

• The booth size has been increased to allow vendors extra space for "Make & Take" items or demos to help promote the items sold in their booth. Such activities should take no longer than 1 hour to complete. A fee of no more than $10 may be charged to participants. Vendors are responsible for all supplies used.
• Booth Fee: $90 includes one 10’ x 15’ space with no tables, 2 chairs, and Lebanon City License fee. Any extra booth spaces beyond three (3) will only be $40.00 per 10x15 ft. space!
• Hours of the festival open to the public: June 27, 2026—Saturday 8:00am until 5:30pm and Sunday June 29, 2025 10:00am until 3:00pm. 
• Vendor set-up is on Thursday June 26 from noon until 4:30pm and Friday June 27 starting at 8:00 am.
• Tables and extra chairs must be preordered: $10.00 per table and $2.00 per chair.
• Electricity is free. You will need to bring your own electrical cords and cover any exposed cords. Please let us know if you plan to use electricity.
• Booth Tables should be skirted.
• This year vendors may represent other art forms, techniques, and supplies beyond gourd art. Artisans will be juried. However, the Show-Me Gourd Society competition will continue to be gourd art as it's focus.
